Our client is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their offices in Stamford, CT, or Hartford, CT. This role is ideal for attorneys with defense litigation experience looking to engage with a national firm. Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and possess 3+ years of general liability experience. Experience in products liability, trucking, and transportation is required, while professional liability experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and legal project management experience are essential. Responsibilities include managing a caseload independently, collaborating with team members and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients.
