Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in Weirton, WV. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, with 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the West Virginia Bar is required, and admission to or willingness to become admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar is a plus. The General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, excelling in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The firm values both experienced and developing attorneys with excellent litigation skills.
