Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, with specific experience in sexual assault cases. Admission to the New York Bar is required. The General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, excelling in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The team is recognized for obtaining significant defense verdicts and other prominent accolades. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and strong research and writing skills are encouraged to apply.
