Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm based in New York, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, along with two to seven years of experience in Auto and Transportation cases, and be well-versed in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Experience in handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials is also required. Admission to the New York State Bar is mandatory. The firm's General Liability Practice includes over 600 attorneys nationwide, known for successfully representing defendants in high exposure cases across various general liability areas.
