Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking an associate attorney to join its General Liability and Commercial Litigation Practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of litigation experience representing defendants in areas such as premises liability, commercial and personal auto, liquor law, lead paint, and government entities, as well as handling commercial contract disputes including business disputes, construction contract disputes, coverage litigation, and breach of contract claims. Candidates must be skilled in all facets of litigation, including motions, depositions, complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
