Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney for their New York Labor Law Practice. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar and possess 2-7 years of experience defending construction accident cases under New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241. The role involves drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong writing and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
