Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978 and ranking among the top 200 law firms in the U.S., is seeking a General Liability Litigator for their office in Costa Mesa. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and possess at least 8 years of litigation defense experience, preferably with a focus on general liability and products liability defense. Experience in federal court practice is advantageous. The role requires a strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting with discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial motions, conducting legal research, and helping prepare cases for trial.
