The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, with 7 to 12 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, encompassing all phases from case management to trials, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, and arbitrations. Admission to the Nevada Bar is mandatory. The role involves representing defendants in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
