Description
Our client, a global law firm with over 1,700 lawyers, is seeking a seasoned, California-licensed, senior litigation associate to join their team in San Francisco. This role is a part of their consumer class action defense practice that emphasizes false advertising, price premium, and data privacy cases. The ideal candidate will have been engaged in this area for at least 80% of their practice in the last 5 years. A successful applicant must have experience handling multiple cases, the ability to serve as the point person on litigation, coordinate with other associates and staff, and act as client contact. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to work on high stakes cases with outstanding partners. Job Requirements: • Current member of the California bar • Outstanding academic credentials • 6+ years of law firm experience primarily in consumer class action defense, focusing on false advertising, price premium, and data privacy cases • Prior clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
