Description
Our client is seeking a Global Equity Compensation and Employment Associate or Managing Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Global Employment, Equity Compensation, and Immigration practice. The successful candidate will counsel clients on a variety of equity compensation and employment issues for large multinational and emerging company employers, including compliance for stock option (SO), restricted stock unit (RSU), and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) programs, as well as securities and foreign exchange filings. Responsibilities also include handling leaves of absence, accommodations, return-to-office protocols, independent contractor classification, employment agreements, performance management, and terminations. Additional duties involve preparing multi-country analyses, drafting employment and compensation-related documents, managing global teams, conducting multijurisdictional research, and assisting with client presentations.
