The ideal candidate should have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements, with asset-based lending experience being a plus. The firm's clientele includes high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, such as private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds, and hedge funds. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
