Description
Our client is seeking a senior level attorney to join their Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, counseling and dispute resolution, and providing regulatory advice and counsel to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus. Candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and superb writing, drafting, and communication skills. The role is open to any location and requires a JD.
