Our client is seeking a highly qualified Counsel to join their Global Trade practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), particularly within the technology sector. Strong experience in corporate transactions and advising cryptocurrency entities on sanctions applicability is essential. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent communication skills.
