Description
Our client is seeking an experienced government contracts attorney to join their team, preferably in Denver, Colorado, although other locations may be considered. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience with federal government contracts from a top-tier law firm, in-house, or government. Candidates must have an outstanding academic record, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated track-record of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in areas such as working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, prosecution and defense of bid protests, litigation of claims under the Contract Disputes Act, internal investigations, and due diligence in support of M&A transactions is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be eager to assume immediate responsibility for matters and willing to work in a collegial and collaborative team.
