Our client is seeking an associate with 5-9 years of experience to join their Government Contracts practice in Dallas or Denver. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with partners and be a key team member, handling responsibilities such as counseling on government contracts performance issues, litigating CDA claims, bid protests, and FCA cases, supporting internal and government investigations, reviewing contract and subcontract agreements, and performing general research and writing.
