Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic attorney with 3-5 years of experience in government contracts and grants to join their innovative National Security practice. The role involves advising clients on government contracts and grants terms, compliance, and administration, as well as assisting with the negotiation of prime and subcontracts and teaming agreements. Required expertise includes OTAs, SBA and SBIR rules, GSA/FSS programs, and financial assistance agreements. The attorney will also support deal teams, clients, and investors on government contracts and grants in M&A and financing transactions, including diligence and novations. The position is part of the National Security Group, working alongside experts in foreign investment, export controls, sanctions, FCC, and FAA regulations. Experience in these areas is advantageous. The preferred location for this role is Washington, DC. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and academic excellence are highly valued.
