Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join their Government Contracts practice, focusing on bid protests, claims litigation, investigations, compliance counseling, and M&A due diligence related to government contracts. The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years of experience in a government contracts practice or equivalent experience with a Federal agency or through a clerkship with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims or Boards of Contract Appeals. A JD and admission to practice in DC are required, with law school coursework in Government Contracts preferred. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
