Description
Our client, an esteemed international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Government Contracts practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in government investigations, federal civil litigation, and/or internal corporate investigations. Preferred experience includes responding to government investigations under the False Claims Act, managing eDiscovery, drafting motions in federal court, and advising on disclosure considerations. Familiarity with government contracts and/or healthcare law is advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent academic and professional credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and be a member of the California Bar.
