GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0673)

Our client, a rapidly growing Litigation and Government Contracts practice, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their team in either Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will work closely with partners, providing advice on all aspects of litigation and government contracts, including business disputes, bid protests, regulatory compliance, investigations, and compliance with SBA's set-aside programs. The role also involves writing articles for government contracts publications and participating in speaking events. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant law firm or federal government experience with litigation and a working knowledge or a desire to learn regulatory compliance, bid protests, investigations, and claims and disputes within the field of government contracts. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to develop and communicate practical advice to clients. Candidates must be licensed to practice in TN or AL, willing to take the next available bar exam, or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
