GOVERNMENT ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATE (0615)

Description

Our client, a globally recognized law firm with a diverse team of over 13,000 people, is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years' experience in advising companies on compliance matters, including anticorruption and trade-related issues. The role also involves handling various regulatory and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting cross-border investigations, managing email and document reviews, preparing for and conducting interviews, and synthesizing findings and legal conclusions for clients and regulators. Experience with US regulators, including DOJ and SEC, is preferred. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, communication and writing skills, and a willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures are essential. Prior client-facing experience and ability to manage client relationships with partners is preferred. Candidates must be admitted and a member in good standing of the District of Columbia bar.
