Description
Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate for their Commercial Litigation and Government Investigations Practice Groups in St. Louis. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense matters, including IRS, DOJ, EPA, and SEC enforcement, internal investigations, False Claims Act, and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense. Responsibilities include representing clients in these areas, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting in internal investigations, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case management and strategy. Strong research and writing skills, high academic achievement, the ability to handle multiple cases, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
