Our client, a distinguished law firm, is actively seeking an associate to join their Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group in Boston, MA. The role involves extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiries, managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial, and handling appeals and collateral proceedings if necessary. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and may have completed a clerkship. Experience in defense of government investigations and related complex civil fraud litigation is preferred. Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar is required.
