Description
Our client is seeking a talented associate to join their Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and a background that includes a clerkship, law review, or other significant writing experience. Demonstrated written advocacy experience in defending government investigations, government enforcement litigation, and related complex civil fraud litigation is required. The role involves managing matters from investigation through trial and appeal, including developing investigation strategies and responding to government inquiries.
