Our client is seeking an associate with at least four years of experience to join their Government Investigations & White-Collar Defense team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a background in white-collar criminal defense and government investigations, with a preference for those who have trial or courtroom experience. Responsibilities include working on criminal and regulatory matters such as DOJ investigations, SEC enforcement, and internal investigations. Strong research and writing skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a JD degree with admission to the Texas Bar are required.
