Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their dynamic team in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a multidisciplinary practice, working closely with senior members and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience, particularly in criminal and regulatory matters such as DOJ investigations and SEC enforcement, with a preference for those with trial experience. Strong research and writing skills are essential, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred. A J.D. degree and admission to the Florida State Bar are required.
