Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate for their Government & Law Policy department. This prestigious firm is consistently ranked among the top in the Am Law Global 100 and is recognized as a leading lobbying law firm in New York. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including for-profit and not-for-profit entities, trade associations, and political organizations. The role involves collaboration with a team of lawyer-lobbyists and attorneys focusing on New York State and local lobbying, campaign finance, governmental ethics, and gift laws. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a deep understanding of the New York State governmental and political landscape, excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
