Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Hatch Waxman Practice Group within the Intellectual Property Department. This position is open to multiple office locations, with a preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills. A technical degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is preferred. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of Hatch Waxman litigation experience, including drafting briefs and participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery. A JD is required.
