Description

Our client is seeking Associates with over 2 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property group, focusing on Hatch Waxman litigation and related regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical patent law and a comprehensive understanding of the Hatch Waxman Act. This role can be based in either New York or Los Angeles. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, substantial law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills. Preference is given to those with technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or related fields, and specific experience in Hatch Waxman litigation. Responsibilities include drafting briefs and engaging in all phases of fact and expert discovery. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar in good standing are required.
