The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in transactional, regulatory, real estate, and financing matters, with a preference for those experienced with long-term care and senior living providers, home health agencies, private equity, investment banks, and other institutional clients. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and solid experience.
