Description
Our client, a nationally recognized health care practice, is seeking two mid-level associates with 2-4 years of broad transactional and regulatory experience in health care law. The successful candidates will represent clients across the global health care industry, including hospitals, academic centers, and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions like mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, as well as managing complex regulatory and compliance issues. These issues encompass government audits, fraud and abuse, HIPAA privacy, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and have excellent academic credentials. Experience in a law firm setting within this specialty is preferred.
