Description
Our client is seeking two highly qualified, mid-level associates to join their nationally recognized Health Care practice group in Chicago. The role involves providing legal support and guidance to clients in the health care industry, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, health care investors, financial institutions, medical schools, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, managed care organizations, and insurance companies. Candidates must have legal experience and expert knowledge of federal and Illinois state regulatory health care laws. Responsibilities include advising clients on compliance, representing clients in government audits and investigations, conducting due diligence for mergers, performing legal research, drafting and negotiating health care-related agreements, and preparing regulatory filings.
