Description
Our client is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join its premier national Health Care Practice Group, with opportunities available in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Tampa. The role involves representing health systems, telemedicine companies, and various health care entities, as well as venture and private equity investors in the health care and life sciences sectors. Candidates should have 4-6 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience, with a strong understanding of federal and state health care regulations and their impact on transactions and business operations. The ideal candidate will possess sophisticated document drafting skills, project management abilities, and a willingness to mentor junior associates. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred, along with excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills. A JD from an ABA-approved law school and good standing in the bar are required.
