Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join their esteemed national health care practice. The ideal candidate should have a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience, superb writing skills, and at least 2 years of experience in health care litigation, particularly in medical staff issues and managed care matters. Experience working with hospitals is highly desirable. The role requires strong persuasive writing skills, especially in drafting federal court pleadings and motions. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters. The client is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support their national practice.
