Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join their esteemed national health care practice in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a JD, 3+ years of experience in health care litigation, particularly in medical staff matters, patient guardianship, end of life, and hospital reimbursement litigation. Candidates should demonstrate high academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience, and excellent writing skills, including persuasive writing for state and federal court pleadings and motions. Experience working with hospitals is highly valued. Immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters are expected.
