Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level health care litigation associate to join their national health care practice in Charleston. Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement, significant litigation or clerkship experience, and excellent writing, research, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in health care or complex litigation, with substantial writing experience and the ability to work independently. Required experience includes litigation, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing depositions, with a preference for federal litigation. Experience in health care reimbursement compliance, defense, and litigation, particularly with government and private payer disputes, is highly desirable.
