Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join their national health care practice in Nashville and Dallas. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, solid law firm experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation with substantial writing experience, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests, is required. Experience in depositions, managed care, reimbursement work, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or hospital work is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to contribute to the growth of the national practice. The ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter is essential. A JD and active Texas or Tennessee bar admissions are required.
