Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level healthcare associate to join their national healthcare practice, with a strong preference for candidates based in Denver. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in healthcare law, a high level of academic achievement, and solid law firm experience. Essential skills include superb research, writing, and communication abilities. Candidates should demonstrate interest and knowledge in areas such as state licensure of healthcare entities, government payor enrollment, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, government investigations, HIPAA, healthcare system operations, and regulatory support for healthcare M&A deals.
