Description
Our client seeks a highly-qualified associate with approximately 5 years' experience to join its Health Law Team. The candidate must have a strong academic record, along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to advance within the firm. Preferred experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as meaningful technology and data privacy and security expertise. The ideal candidate should be adept in state and federal privacy laws regulatory compliance, data protection and management, drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, and incident response.
