They are currently seeking a seasoned attorney to join their Healthcare Practice Group in Los Angeles. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nationally renowned health care practice that serves over 2,400 clients across the country, including hospitals, health systems, private equity funds, and other types of providers. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of California health care regulatory and compliance experience, specifically dealing with fraud, abuse, and compliance issues in the context of reimbursement disputes, investigations, and business transactions such as joint ventures and private equity investments. Experience with managed care and/or life sciences transactions is required. Additionally, candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch client services.
