Description
Our client, a leading health care practice in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Health Care Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with health care clients on federal and state regulatory issues. Key responsibilities include advising on Medicare, Medicaid, health care operations, licensing, medical staff issues, HIPAA compliance, and federal antikickback and Stark regulations. Familiarity with a wide range of health care entities, including hospitals, health systems, and medical device manufacturers, is essential.
