Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2–4 years of experience for their litigation practice based in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on government enforcement and white collar civil and criminal defense within the healthcare and life sciences industries. Applicants should have robust complex civil and/or criminal litigation experience, particularly in healthcare fraud and abuse matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. An ideal candidate will have District Court clerkship experience. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Current admission to the District of Columbia Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
