Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level health care litigation, government investigations associate to join their national practice. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. They should have 3+ years of experience in health care litigation, with strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with federal criminal practice or government investigations including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback statute, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, OIG/DOJ investigations, and health care fraud is a plus.
