Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978 and operating across the United States with over 1100 attorneys in 44 offices, is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney for their Costa Mesa office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys with at least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare commercial/business litigation, to handle a caseload representing healthcare business entities through various stages including mediation, arbitration, or trial. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities include supporting litigation caseloads, providing risk management advice, and working closely with other attorneys on legal projects.
