Our client is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join their Business Trial Practice Group and Healthcare Team in New York. This position involves engaging in diverse healthcare and life sciences litigation, including complex commercial disputes, False Claims Act investigations, and internal fraud investigations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience, with specific expertise in healthcare/life sciences and False Claims Act matters. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
