Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have 2-4 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, with a preference for experience in medical malpractice defense. The role involves representing a diverse range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and clinics, in various medical malpractice actions. Candidates should be adept at drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong writing and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
