Description
Our client is seeking an entry-level associate to join its Healthcare Regulatory practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school and be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in a law firm or healthcare-related setting, is required. Candidates should have a background in healthcare and/or life sciences industries, with knowledge of fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement/payments, and digital health. Experience in regulatory diligence, corporate transactions, and drafting client alerts or journal articles is highly desirable. Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
