Description
Our client is seeking an experienced investment funds associate with a minimum of two years of hedge fund experience to join their leading Hedge Fund Formation practice. The role involves working on hedge fund launches for both institutional and emerging managers, requiring expertise in drafting fund offering and operating documents such as private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, and investment management agreements. A solid understanding of the U.S. regulatory framework for hedge funds is essential, and negotiation experience is preferred for more senior associates. Familiarity with seed deals, hybrid funds, closed-end funds, or investor-side representation is advantageous.
