Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in higher education law to join their team in Washington D.C., Chicago, St. Louis, or Dallas. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in higher education law and a demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of educational institutions and their stakeholders. Additional experience in transactional matters related to higher education, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and affiliation transactions, will be considered an asset. Applicants must possess exceptional academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of the office they are applying to.
