Description
Our client seeks an experienced associate for their Finance Department in Washington, DC. Ideal candidates will have one to three years of legal experience in commercial real estate finance, strong academic credentials, and preferably experience with multifamily lenders and FHA. This role offers the chance to join a national finance practice with a broad scope, including emerging market opportunities, structured finance, preferred equity originations, and commercial loan servicing. An active DC bar license is preferred.
