Description
A global firm headquartered in Atlanta, this world-renowned law firm prides itself on work life balance (1800 billable hours) and seeks a hybrid associate (transactional and litigation) to join the firm's construction practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with a mix of litigation and transactional work, preferably relating to construction, procurement, or real estate matters. However, the firm is happy to train on the litigation side for a candidate possessing the right transactional experience and open to a hybrid role. Transactional experience must include 3+ years of contract review and drafting experience. Litigation experience, if any, should include discovery and motions experience. Contract negotiations and trial/arbitration hearing experience are a plus. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is willing to learn as well as take ownership of matters. Previous experience with energy, manufacturing, or transportation projects preferred, but not required. 1800 billable hours.
